PL3000 instrumentation is a flexible, modular platform that is used to monitor, control and information manage any or all of the following foundation systems:
 Continuous flight auger (CFA) Helical displacement (CHD) Full displacement (e.g. Omega) Driven pre-cast Wet soil mixing / Turbojet Vibro-concrete column (VCC) Parametric pre-boring (monitored parameters are used to identify soil properties)
The PL3000 systems allow close control of the construction process. This allows you to improve construction consistency and dramatically reduce costs. The PL3000CFA instrumentation can, for example, reduce concrete consumption costs by over £80,000 per rig per year compared with other systems*.
The on-site data are automatically uploaded to your office network within minutes of completion of each pile on site. This enables you to monitor production and manage your workforce across the fleet.
The office data administration software produces client-ready reports that meet the requirements of the ICE. In addition, the software also allows you to produce production and management reports which can be used to improve estimating and streamline your business.
The modular nature and interchangeability of the systems between different rigs and different piling techniques ensures versatility, convenience and cost effectiveness.
